  • Tori

    Tori also works as a junior Dr and loves the different challenges that Yoga brings , connecting the body and the mind. Her classes help you to feel energised as well as grounded. Tori teaches wonderful flow Yoga classes and technique focused Pilates. A very experienced instructor with a wonderful energy.

  • Emma

    Regular Yogi Emma took the plunge in lockdown and began her training and is now up and running with classes around York.

    Teaching Vinyasa Yoga this is accessible for everyone, Emma’s warmth and smile radiate the room. Join Emma on a Wednesday morning and evening for the perfect mix or flow and stretch.

  • Katherine

    A regular in classes and now a regular teaching them. With experience in dance and teaching Katherine teaches Pilates and Reformer Pilates with a mixture of spicy exercises alongside lovely alignment focused work.

  • Danica

    Danica is a Pilates, Yoga and Sculpt instructor from California with over 8 years of international teaching across the US, UK and Australia. Her classes blend classical Pilates principles with modern strength training and cardio to create a balanced, full body workout.

  • Jaydene

    Having been a massage therapist for over ten years, Jaydene has always been passionate about wellbeing and helping others. Two years ago, she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, which led me on my own wellbeing journey. Having discovered yoga and Pilates she quickly fell in love with how much they helped me. Inspired by this, Jaydene decided to train as an instructor so she could share that same sense of support and healing with others.

  • Asha

    With over 17 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and 10 years as a certified Yoga Teacher, Asha is passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to their bodies. Her inclusive teaching style creates a supportive environment for clients of all backgrounds and abilities. Having worked in both London and Hong Kong, she brings a diverse and adaptable approach to wellness, combining strength training with mindful movement for truly holistic results. After returning to York a couple of years ago, she has continued her mission to empower individuals through fitness and wellbeing in her local community.

  • Sarah

    Sarah first taught a yoga class in 2004, shortly after an international move from Australia to South Africa which had left her feeling somewhat jaded. This was the beginning of a life long journey which would take many twists and turns along the way. Sarah completed her 500 hour teacher training in 2014 to enabling her to share the tools of asana, breath and mindfulness with others so that they too could leave class feeling a little taller, a lighter and freer of spirit. 

    Sarah runs a weeky Yin Yoga class on a Sunday morning at 9am and shares Friday evening flow with Tori.

  • Lauren

    Lauren studied sports studies at University and is a qualified group fitness instructor, pilates teacher and swimming coach. Lauren taught LBT, HIIT, Bootcamps, Circuits & Stretch in the Middle East before coming home to York. Lauren has a wonderful energy and will give you a great workout.

  • Laura

    Laura has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years, since she was a teenager. Her practice has changed a lot over the years, but her love for yoga has only grown. Yoga has been a great compliment to her life throughout all stages, whether it was some movement she needed or some stillness. Laura has a particular interest in anatomy and is always studying! When you come to her class you can expect a relaxed space in which to move mindfully.
